What If I Must Cancel?
If you need to cancel your registration for a program or educational event, follow the directions below and we will be happy to arrange a refund.
We ask you, however, not to attempt to obtain a refund by disputing the transaction with your credit card company since this results in a $20 charge to the Thielke Arboretum from the credit card processor. If this situation arises the customer will be asked to reimburse this fee.
How to Cancel
To cancel your registration, please send an email to [email protected]. Please include your name, the name of the program and the number of spaces you are cancelling.
In order to receive a refund a cancellation request must be made at least 7 days in advance of the program.
