THIELKE ARBORETUM OF GLEN ROCK
Picture
Dan Perry: About the Photographer

I am a wildlife and nature photographer based out of Bergen County, NJ, but travel across the world for my photography. My goal is to share nature's beauty and fragility with everyone. From the endangered mountain gorillas of Uganda' Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park to the critically endangered Red Wolf in the swamps of North Carolina and the near threated Southern White Rhinos in the savanna of South Africa's Kruger National Park to the Purple-Throated Mountain-Gem in Costa Rica's shrinking cloud forests, I have traveled to see some of the world's most fragile ecosystems and most endangered species to share with you. I hope you enjoy browsing my photographs and if you graciously purchase a photo to hang in your house or give as a gift, know that 10% of the purchase goes directly back to the people working hard to conserve the areas I had the greatest pleasure of traveling to.
